Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your products. 

To Report a Damaged or Missing Item: Email returns@, and include:

  • A digital photo of the damage.*
  • Order number
  • Item number
  • Your preference for a replacement, refund, or store credit

If item needs to be shipped back you will receive a RMA# and any other instructions.
